What are Fam Trips?
Familiarisation or 'fam' trips are designed to ensure peace of mind before you travel with your group. They are an ideal way to check out the facilities and meet the people who will be looking after you.
If you participate in an organised group fam trip, we refund you in full when you book a tour with us to the same or a similar destination. Or if you require an individual/tailor-made inspection visit, these can still be arranged at a charge.
