Perins School held a coaching clinic in Soweto while on tour in South Africa
Responsible Tourism
As part of our commitment to protect the environment and people in the countries we travel to, Gullivers can arrange for you to give something back to local communities you visit on tour, whether you are a supporter or player.

In the past we have set up sports coaching clinics in South Africa, organised visits to orphanages in Sri Lanka and linked schools with charities like the Sir Vivian Richards Foundation in Antigua and during the British & Irish Lions Tour 2009 to South Africa, Gullivers organised a unique festival of rugby in Soweto prior to the final Test in Johannesburg, leaving behind a legacy for Soweto Rugby Club.

Carbon Offsetting

As a member of the TUI Travel PLC Group of Companies, we have a carbon management strategy in place to develop ways in which Gullivers and our clients can be more carbon efficient, both in the workplace and in the countries our tours visit.

ClimateCare

Since July 2010, all of Gullivers' flight inclusive tours include a £1 per person contribution to ClimateCare, a leading international offset provider, which invests the money in exclusive TUI Travel projects which are Gold Standard certified, meaning projects are good for people as well as the environment.

In conjunction with the charity Rainforest Concern, Gullivers has sponsored three acres of rainforest to help extend and protect the Choco-Andean Rainforest Corridor Project in northwest Ecuador.

Our Team
Every year the Gullivers team raises thousands of pounds to help local and national charities. Some of our team's recent fundraising efforts include Gullivers raising £1,230 for Sport Relief, Tracey Gamble raising £820 for Cancer Research UK in the Race for Life and Sue McFeely raising £400 for St Richards Hospice by completing the Malvern Dawn till Dusk 31 Mile Walk. Jo Radway, Lisa Yorath and Sharon Carter have also all worked as volunteers on our local Race for Life events for Cancer Research UK.

Gullivers is also a major partner of SOS/iRB Kit Aid, a project which helps less advantaged children around the world to play and develop in rugby.
