The Lions and Durban
19 Jun 2009 -
When the British & Irish Lions last played a Test match in Durban, they won the 1997 Test series against South Africa.
It was the 2nd Test and with four minutes to go and a level scoring of 15-15, Jeremy Guscott's late drop goal kicked the Lions to glory, for the match and the series.
Gullivers organised rugby supporters tours for this this historic Lions Tour in 1997 and in 2009 we are hoping history will repeat itself!
