Get Onboard with SOS/iRB Kit Aid
13 Feb 2010 -
Gullivers continues its partnership with SOS/iRB Kit Aid in 2010, after the project enjoyed a bumper year in 2009, making a record 32 big kit deliveries last year to help less advantaged children play rugby. In 2009 SOS/iRB Kit Aid also spread its wings to two new destinations, helping children in Kenya and Bosnia for the first time.
Now in its tenth year of operation, the project has delivered nearly £2 million worth of quality, unwanted kit to some 16 emerging rugby nations, across three continents.
SOS relies on the support of kit donors from schools, clubs and rugby organisations like Gullivers. If you play rugby for a school or club team then you can get on board too by holding a collection, visit www.sosirbkitaid.org for more information on how you can help.
