How to Book Your Tour

1 Your first step is to contact our specialist sales team, made up of experienced tour co-ordinators - Neil Rayer, Jonathan Young, Steve Badham or Peter Hodcroft. Call on 01684 293175 or email gullivers@gulliverstravel.co.uk. They will be happy to advise you on the best destinations and times of year for your sport.

2 After you have received a quote and itinerary, we will visit to discuss the specifics of your tour and, if you wish, we will make a presentation to the touring party at your school or club.  We explain about fundraising assistance, special inclusions, sightseeing, fixtures, accomodation and travel arrangements and answer any questions.

3 Then complete the booking form and return it with your deposit to confirm flights and the other elements of the tour. You then deal with a designated tour co-ordinator at Gullivers from start to finish with the same level of personal service whatever your destination.

4 If you wish to inspect your destination, we run a regular programme of familiarisation trips or we are happy to arrange individual familiarisations.

5 Once you are on tour, you are looked after by one of our network of experienced local ground agents.
