Fri 2 Apr - ARRIVAL DAY
1500 hours - Arrive at your designated Hall of Residence at Nottingham University Campus.
1700 hours - Evening meal followed by entertainment programme.
2000 hours - Official Festival meeting for Team Managers/Coaches.
Sat 3 Apr - NOTTINGHAM
0745 hours - Breakfast
0830 hours - Shuttle bus departs campus for the short journey to Grove Farm (approximately two miles).
1000-1600 hours - FESTIVAL DAY 1
1700 hours - Evening meal followed by entertainment programme.
Sun 4 Apr HOMEWARD BOUND
0745 hours - Breakfast
0830 hours - Shuttle bus departs campus for the short journey to Grove Farm (approximately twomiles).
1000-1600 hours - FESTIVAL DAY 2
A late check out is arranged to enable teams to return to their Halls to shower, change, collect their belongings and check out.
