Nottingham Nationals Rugby Festival (Under 9-14s Boys and Under 15s Girls)
21-23 April 2011

Our popular and newly named Nottingham Nationals Rugby Festival over the Easter weekend attracts teams from all over the UK and for 2011 the festival finals will be played on the second day of play at Nottingham.

For the first time we have introduced an under 15s girls category to the festival.

The festival takes place at Grove Farm Playing Fields in Nottingham and our residential package includes two nights' full board accommodation at nearby Nottingham University, entry into the festival and a programme of evening entertainment on Friday and Saturday night. Non-residential packages are also available.

From the 2010/11 season the RFU will not allow festivals, fixture or matches to be played at any venue, including Twickenham Stadium, outside of the rugby season dates (1 September to May Day Bank Holiday Monday). Sadly, this means that the Finals at Twickenham will not be permitted in 2011 and will instead be played at Nottingham on the second day of the festival, with presentations from an international rugby player. We hope to return to Twickenham in 2012.
