- Day 1 - DEPARTURE
- Assemble at London Heathrow Airport for your flight to Osaka, Japan. A Gullivers Sports Travel Representative will be on hand to assist with your check-in.
Overnight: In Flight - Day 2 - FLIGHT/OSAKA
- Arrival into Osaka where you will be met & transferred to your hotel for three nights’ accommodation on a B&B basis.
Enjoy a brief city tour on arrival.
Remainder of the day at leisure to familiarise yourself with the hotel and surroundings.
Overnight: Hotel - Day 3 - OSAKA
- Morning at leisure. Perhaps enjoy a river cruise on an Aqua Liner, visit the Floating Garden Observatory at the Umeda Sky Building, the Kaiyukan Aquarium or Shitennoji Temple, one of the oldest Buddhist Temples.
In the afternoon transfer to your first fixture.
MATCH DAY 1 VS LOCAL SCHOOL
Return match transfer and after match function
Overnight: Hotel - Day 4 - OSAKA
- Full day at leisure
Perhaps visit Himeji Castle, a UNESCO world heritage site.
Overnight: Hotel - Day 5 - OSAKA/KYOTO
- Depart Osaka this morning and travel by bullet train to Kyoto.
On arrival in Kyoto, transfer from the train station to a local High School where you will meet your host families for two nights billets/homestay accommodation.
Overnight: Billets/Homestay - Day 6 - KYOTO
- City tour of Kyoto taking in sights such as the Togetsu-kyo Bridge and Tenryu-ji Temple with the Zen garden.
MATCH DAY 2 VS HOST SCHOOL
After match function included.
Overnight: Billets/Homestay - Day 7 - KYOTO
- Bid hosts farewell and check into a hotel for one night.
Option to enjoy a full day excursion to Hiroshima. Visit the Peace Memorial Park and Memorial Museum.
Overnight: Hotel - Day 8 - KYOTO/TOKYO
- Depart Host families and travel by bullet train from Kyoto to Tokyo.
On arrival in Tokyo you will be met and transferred to your hotel where accommodation is reserved for three nights on a bed and breakfast basis.
Rest of day at leisure.
Overnight: Hotel - Day 9 - TOKYO
- Early start this morning (6am) for a visit to the Tsukijj fish Market – an amazing spectacle and chance to try fresh Sushi for breakfast.
This afternoon transfer to your third fixture.
MATCH DAY 3 VS LOCAL SCHOOL
Return match transfer and after match function
Overnight: Hotel - Day 10 - TOKYO
- Today enjoy a full day at Tokyo Disneyland
End of Tour Dinner in local restaurant or at hotel
Overnight: Hotel - Day 11 - TOKYO/ARRIVAL HOME
- This morning check out of your hotel and transfer to the airport for your return flight to London.
On arrival into London Airport, pass through immigration, collect luggage, clear customs and make your own way home.
Tour arrangements terminate.
